Returns & Cancellations
We want to ensure that your experience with our wine is as exceptional as the wine. If there has been any damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine. We may be contacted by email at email@example.com or by phone at 805-434-5607. ONX Wines cannot be held liable for any damage to orders shipped to an address where there is no legal-aged person available to sign for the package.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 805-434-5607 for return instructions.
A $25 return fee applies to all shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive package on 3 delivery attempts.
Please note: we never ship the same set of wines twice.
