We are teaming up with the fabulous and Michelin-trained Chef Tucker Ricchio from Truffle Shuffle to bring you an amazing cooking class and dining experience from the comfort of your home!

Saturday, October 15th at 4 pm join us as we walk you through how to make pan-seared duck breast like a pro. Score, render, baste, and flip your way to creating a crisped skin and deliciously moist duck breast accompanied by a tasty warm farro salad, and two bottles of our fabulous wines.

Kits create two (2) servings and are $189 Normal Price and $175 for Collective Club Members. Each kit includes:

  • Everything needed for two servings of the pan-seared duck breast, and a warm farro salad with a dijon and truffle honey vinaigrette
  • Host Chef Tucker, from Truffle Shuffle, and Sarah Farley, from ONX Wines, to walk you through the cooking and wine pairings

About Chef Tucker: Chef Tucker Ricchio first fell in love with cooking while helping her Nonna make fresh pasta and other Italian classics as a child. After graduating with a double bachelor’s degree, Chef Tucker decided to pursue becoming a Chef and received formal culinary education from Le Cordon Bleu. Aside from her Nonna, Chef Tucker credits her culinary skills to Chef Suzette Gresham, who mentored her from Butcher to Sous Chef at her two Michelin-starred restaurant Acquerello. Chef Tucker loves sharing her passion for food with her Truffle Shuffle guests. In passing on the tips and tricks she’s learned from her years in kitchens, she hopes to give her guests the tools to cook like professional chefs at home.


When will I receive my meal kit packed with deliciousness? 

Your kit and wine will ship the week of your class for guaranteed delivery by the day of the event. 

I am not a trained chef and have a small kitchen. Can I still make this? 

Yes, Chef!!! We will send you a list of basic kitchen equipment needed, along with a tried-and-true recipe, developed to be made in even the smallest (and mightiest!) of kitchens. From there, Chef Tucker will guide you through how to make this dish from start to finish in a live, cook-along class.
