Tasting Room
The ONX tasting room is in Tin City, the industrial wine district on the west side of Paso Robles where more than 20 wineries, craft breweries, and distilleries share a few blocks of warehouse space.
In the Heart of Tin City
The atmosphere is casual and walkable. We pour current releases and, when available, library selections from the cellar. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations guarantee your spot.
Current Release Tasting
$25 per person | One fee waived with purchase of two bottles or with Collective Club enrollment
Sit down with our team and taste through the current ONX lineup. The tasting covers five wines and takes about 75 minutes. Your host walks you through the vineyard, the varieties, and the winemaking decisions behind each bottle. Gourmet cheese plates are available for purchase to pair alongside your tasting.
Walk-ins welcome. Reservations recommended, especially on weekends. We welcome guests of all ages, with dogs welcome on our outdoor patio. For groups of 9 or more, contact us directly to arrange seating.

Cellar’d
$95 per person | $75 for Collective Club members
The Cellar’d experience begins with a private tour of the winery and cellar, where you will see the barrels, the tanks, and the process behind the wines. From there, you sit down with our most sought-after bottles, including reserve selections not available at the bar.
Every wine is paired with an artisan cheese selection, charcuterie, almonds, dried fruit, and olives. This is a seated, guided experience for guests who want the full story behind what ends up in the glass.
