Built for the Whole Group
Clark House is the largest and newest property on the ONX Estate, built from the ground up for groups who want space, comfort, and the vineyard right outside. The house has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a game room that tends to become the gathering spot by the second evening. The primary suite sits on the first floor with a king bed and a jetted tub and looks directly out over the vines. Upstairs, three king bedrooms and a queen bedroom share two full bathrooms, giving everyone their own space.
The common areas are sized for a group of ten or twelve without feeling cramped. The kitchen has room for two or three people to cook at the same time. The dining table seats everyone. And when the weather cooperates, which is most of the year in Paso Robles, the private outdoor area with fire pit and grill extends the living space into the vineyard.
Attached, but Fully Independent
The Clark House Apartment is attached but fully independent: a king bed, a full kitchen, a living room with a dining area, its own bathroom, and a private outdoor area with fire pit and grill. It is a good fit for the couple in a larger group who wants their own quarters, or for a pair traveling on their own. The farmstead animals are next door, and guests in the apartment tend to become regulars at the fence by the end of their stay.
In the Heart of the Estate
Clark House sits in the heart of the estate, surrounded by vineyard blocks on all sides. The views are uninterrupted. On clear mornings you can see the coastal mountains to the west. During harvest season, the picking crews work the rows within earshot of the porch, and the smell of ripe fruit carries on the breeze.
