A darker and dustier edge of cocoa and coffee bean gives way to savory prosciutto and florals of hibiscus. Hard candy watermelon is a sweet introduction to the palate along with textured fruit leather of blueberry. Dried strawberry chips, ripe cherry, and cola develop and build into a mid palate of rich and velvety tannin. The wine finishes with the same smooth, linear tannin that carries additional notes of sticky blackberry.
