Quiet in the Willow Creek AVA
Kiler Canyon Ranch House sits in the Willow Creek AVA, a district south of downtown Paso Robles known for its elevation, its calcareous soils, and its slightly cooler temperatures. The landscape is open and rolling, with long views in every direction. For guests who want quiet and open space, this is the place.
The ranch house has three bedrooms: a primary ensuite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed; the two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. A Chef’s Kitchen with everything you need for a great meal. The outdoor hot tub looks out over the vineyard and the hills beyond, and the dedicated barbecue area makes dinner outside an easy call. Pick up tri-tip and local produce on the way in and spend the evening on the patio.
A Self-Contained Studio with Its Own Deck
The attached Kiler Studio Apartment is a self-contained unit with a queen bed, a kitchenette (mini-fridge, Keurig, microwave), a dining table, a full bathroom, and its own private deck. It is a comfortable fit for a couple, either traveling alone or as part of a larger group sharing the property. The views from the apartment deck are some of the best of any vineyard stay we offer.
Quiet Evenings in the Hills
Kiler Canyon is farm country. The vineyard rows run right up to the edge of the property, neighboring vineyards and olive farms dot the surrounding hills, and the only sounds in the evening are crickets and the occasional owl. Guests who want to slow down and unplug tend to gravitate here.
Every Kiler Canyon stay includes a complimentary off-road vineyard tour and tasting at the ONX Estate Vineyard in Templeton, welcome wine and pastries, and concierge service for trip planning. The drive to the Tin City tasting room is about 20 minutes, and downtown Paso Robles is roughly 15 minutes east.

ONX Estate Vineyard Tour in Templeton | $45 per person (complimentary with your stay). Your stay includes a guided off-road tour of the ONX Estate Vineyard in a side-by-side vehicle, with stops to taste wine in the blocks where the grapes grow. The tour takes place at the main estate in Templeton, about 15 minutes south of Kiler Canyon.
Vineyard Hideaway Picnic | $65 per person / $50 per member. A private picnic set up among the vines, with food, games, and a self-guided tasting kit. A favorite for anniversaries, birthdays, or a slow first evening on the estate. Available Thursday through Sunday.
